The accommodation was very spacious. I disliked the step up platform upon which the master bed rested on. At night it posed a safety Hazzard.

After informing the staff of our likely arrival time we were told that we were arriving after hours (we were actually coming 30 minutes before reception close) and the doors were locked (at 5.30pm!). The room documentation focuses on all the things you can be fined for. Kitchen utensils of the cheapest possible variety. For near $400/night...not good value and not a welcoming feel. On the plus side, air con and hot water good, and plenty of space.

The room was nice and we appreciated the in-room laundry given we are in the middle of a long trip. The after-hours check-in process was not as well communicated as I would have liked, but thankfully we were able to reach someone to get the code.

Pam at the front desk was amazing ! So caring and respectful. One other person at the front desk was a bit blunt but Pam really made it worth the stay. Super comfortable as well and great location

This was a lovely hotel/apartment right next to the Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf. It has views of the city and the harbour bridge (just a little), off a small balcony. The kitchen was well appointed with stove, dishwasher and fridge. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable enough. I would recommend.

The room smells cigarette despite you choose non smoking room. We booked 1 king and 2 single (family room) and the staff gave us 1 bedroom and a terrible sofa bed. Although 2nd day she gave us 2 bedroom but the bad experience on arrival was terrible. The beds in both rooms did not have a bedhead and non lock wheels make the bed skid along the parquetry every time you move.
