Great stay

The apartments were great and had everything you needed for the stay including cooking facilities, laundry and iron. The bed was really comfy. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well, would highly recommend.

Loved everything about our week long stay and can’t wait to go back! Had a 2 bed apartment. All reception staff went above and beyond. Apartment was stunning. Handy washer and dryer. Beautiful shampoo conditioner products, smelt amazing. Small Pool, hot tub and gym on site. Plenty of bars restaurants and supermarket by the hotel. The best part was the train station was under the hotel, trains were clean, quick, easy, cheap and got you to the Sydney opera house bar within a few mins.

Want to thank the front desk people especially Ethan, the Chinese Australian fella, the assistant manager at night. The lobby is un assuming but the front desk folks were really helpful. I want to thank the housekeeping staff as well for keeping my room clean.

Stayed in a wheelchair accessible apartment which worked well. It is spacious and has ramps and no stairs and it is very easy to access the trains downstairs. Recommend for wheelchair users. Also great amenities nearby. Lovely cafe social society for brunch and a few other restaurants and a supermarket in 3 mins walk.

I will definately come back this place if I come back to sydney. Super kind front desk people and clean kichen, floors, bed, and everything. My 6-year-old daugher loved its nearby library and Gunyama swimming pool. Its location-right beside the green sqaure train station and woolworth- made us happy too.

Good rooms and well equipped. Amazing location and would certainly come back. Room cleaners were the only note we would like to see improvement on with cleaning, topping up soaps and shampoo's and changing sheets and towels. Other than that it is a lovely complex in an amazing location right near to transport and great amenities.

Very hospitable staff. Nice facilities. Train station is a 1 minute walk from hotel. Metro grocery stores is a 2-3 min walk. Nice coffee shop - Social Society - is a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Thought we were getting a nice place for two couples to share. The master bathroom sink didn’t drain and shower hose was split, leaking water. No ice in freezer. Hot tub water was cold. Second bedroom didn’t have a TV. There were few wall coverings. A/C had to be reset twice. It was so hot in that condo. The view was horrible and the balcony not as expected. Super confusing how to park and where to check in. A roll of paper towels would have been helpful.
