First time at this chain. Attentive staff, clean common areas. Hotel was busy, but the lifts ran well with very little wait time. Room was clean. Plenty of supplies in the bathroom and tea/coffee bench. Aside from worn door handles on the cupboards, a very positive and enjoyable stay. Breakfast buffet was nice - plenty of variety plus including a cook to order egg station. Didn't feel crowded even thought it was busy. Darling Harbour is literally across the road. So convenient to stroll over and watch the 9pm fireworks via the pedestrian footbridge shortcut. Town Hall/QVB a 5 minute walk up the road. Pitt St Mall 10 mins. Chinatown 5 minutes away, plenty of food options.

The price was completely over inflated for our room. A five star price for a three star room. No fresh air, very very poor air conditioning. Despite the really dated interior and absolutely ridiculous price, we couldn’t fault the staff for their personal approach and friendly, prompt service.

Amazing staff! So genuine and helpful. Biggest issue was the shower the shower head is old and had little pressure and amenities in shower were not great no hair conditioner ect.. room was comfy other than showers,room service food was also reasonable.. all in all staff incredibly friendly and helpful I just wished I’d had a nice experience with the shower for the stay.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Easy access to Darling Harbour with plenty of options for eating. Walking distance to Town Hall with plenty of transporting options. Easy to get to from the airport.
