Stayed at this motor inn and couldn’t be happier! The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, making for a very relaxing stay. The staff were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. The location was perfect too, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay

We stayed three nights and at a budget price the accommodation was very good. The bedroom was large and most importantly very clean, towels are in need of replacing. Our room included a microwave and kettle , plates and utensils so we were able to reheat food and eat in…it’s a shame there is no dinning room as I would have enjoyed getting out breakfast at our accommodation. Would I stay there again or recommend it to my friends? my response is YES, it’s an old fashioned motel at an affordable price with very clean and comfortable beds.

Affordable, comfortable and lovely staff.

Our stay at Sky Rider exceeded our expectations. Not only was it affordable but the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Our accommodation was roomy and the bed very comfortable.It was a bit of a walk into town and to the railway station, about 25mins which we didn't mind. So much to see and do in the area. Loved our stay.

A little far from downtown Katoomba by foot because their is nothing to eat nearby. But no problem with a car ! Owners very friendly and helpful.

This property is really badly maintained and superficially cleaned . Not only did the bathroom tiles need a good scrub but the shower floor had broken tiles. The basin was cracked and the interior needs a good paint especially around the front door. Room service was terrible. They sort of made the bed, didn't change the towels, empty the bin or wipe down the bathroom. Overall it felt really grotty and I'd classify it as cheap and nasty. I will never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances.

It was very nice to arrive with the heater already on as it was foggy and raining and less than 10° on arrival. Electric blanket was also turned on one side of the bed which was a bonus just to have an electric blanket so thank you.
