I stay here along with a few other properties roughly every two weeks, Hotel is nice. Breakfast is good. Reception was good. Service in other areas is lacking. As long as you do not mind the lack of proper service, it is a nice hotel and very convenient.

Hello Sydney

First time to Australia (Sydney). Hotel is in the heart of the city close to all the famous and not so famous attractions. Train and LRT systems are excellent and cheap.

We were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and where was good to eat. Although we visited during a public holiday there was still plenty to do. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the television (the previous guest had unplugged something) but it was fixed by the maintenance man (JC?) within 10 minutes. The room was always cleaned daily and there was always plenty of complimentary teas and coffees. These were topped up on a daily basis as was the water. The room had plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, an iron and a hairdryer. The towels were lovely and soft too. I think most of the rooms are set up with a desk, but I would like to have seen a small sofa so that we didn't have to sit on the bed to watch tv. This was the only thing I would have changed. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and there were plenty of towels and sunbeds. Overall, this was an excellent stay for us. I did read some of the reviews and felt that they were unfair so I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so lovely. Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price, located in downtown Sydney. Went with my three tweens and husband for vacation and it was wonderful. Worth paying extra for breakfast which is a bargain for a plethora of food to choose like chef baking omelette. Cool roof top pool, next to a mall and convenient to walk or take the Tram.
