Always love staying there for the convenience and character. Always good service and lovely breakfast, comfy bed. Only downside was the noisy recycling someone did in the middle of the night from nearby restaurant.

This was a really lovely hotel with nice chic rooms. Gorgeous bathroom and nice fluffy towels. All the staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. Plus an easy walk to circular Quay. Perfect and would definitely stay here again. 5 ⭐️

The room was compact but contained everything I required. It was clean comfortable and very cute with a very large, comfortable bed and excellent bedding. I loves the window seat and convenient location and the included breakfast has a nice range of options was well presented and tasty. The staff were very polite and attentive.

The Russell Boutique Hotel went through renovations in recent months and it shows nicely. The real standout was the excellent staff led by Val. My initial reservations about the location were replaced with delight as everyone made my short stay a pleasant and welcoming experience. Be aware that some rooms have a shared bathroom. The restaurant downstairs was convenient and the service was prompt and friendly. I enjoyed my meal and slept well. In the morning, May, the night staff, helped me log my luggage to the front for my Uber pickup. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. I would stay there again.

Best location and a lovely hotel

This hotel is in a fabulous location in the Rocks and access to many attractions USA bonus. Lovely hotel but lots of stairs and managing luggage is difficult so next time I will use a backpack.
