Wonderful, spacious, modern, clean rooms. Great location for a 15-20 minute walk through the arboretum walking paths to the harbor shopping area and opera house. Great value, great service.

Nice facilities.

A well placed hotel for Sydney and its attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. If you arrive early its possible to check in early, room ready permitting. If between 12 & 3pm, for free. Any earlier gets a $50 charge. Breakfast is nice with a good choice of foods and items. Very relaxed atmosphere in the room. You serve yourself buffet style. Sydney Harbour area is less than a 30 min walk. The sightseeing bus has a stop right outside the hotel, for both its routes. If your staying in Sydney then this hotel is a good contender to stay at.

Very nice hotel in a prime location. Room was very nice, clean, and no issues. The view of Sydney Harbour was wonderful. Only thing to point out is they do not typically clean the room every day, rather it is every three days. Not a problem for us but they will offer cleaning if you request it. The lobby is nice and very spacious. Bus transport is available within a block and the metro system is about a ten minute walk away. LOTS of restaurants are located close by. Highly recommended!

Front desk service was great. Room was adequate for the price. Restaurant is only open for breakfast - we did not try it. The parking garage has small spaces, is quite grungy and costs AUD $25/day. Lots of restaurants around to satisfy your cravings.

Wonderful experience

The hotel has a great location, close to many tourist spots, shopping, and dining options. The rooms are new, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed both of our stays on two different occasions and would love to go back next time we are in Sydney.
