The Space:

There’s a comfy sofa for 2-3 people, as well as a dining table also for 2-3 people. The kitchen comes equipped with an Omega dishwasher, a good-sized fridge/freezer, 2-burner gas cooktop, gas oven, a microwave, DeLonghi coffee maker and a breakfast bar with 1 stool. A window offers city and harbour views. The apartment’s bedroom is carpeted and comes with a queen-sized bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, block-out blinds and its own ornate original ceiling with a fan for summer comfort. Off this room you’ll find a tiled bathroom/laundry with a roomy shower recess and combined LG washer/dryer. There’s also a separate sunroom with a 'Smart' TV, block-out blinds and a day bed that can be extended to fit 2 people and used as a bed, bringing the total capacity of the apartment to 4 people if needed. A portable aircon unit will keep you cool in the hotter months.



Please note: This apartment is on the 3rd Floor and has no lift, so it’s not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The apartment doesn’t have dedicated parking and is best suited to guests who use public transport or walk, with everything you need within strolling distance. Public transport options are close at hand, including bus services taking you to the CBD (Downtown) and Circular Quay (home to the Sydney Opera House and ferry services) in one direction and major shopping/transport hub Bondi Junction in the other. It's a 6 minute walk from the apartment to Kings Cross train station.
