Casa Sul Mare can be found South of Syracuse, just 13km from it, in the marine protected area of Plemmirio. As its name suggests, this private semi-detached home, is by the sea, with direct access to the beautiful crystal clear waters of the area. It offers a private garden shaded by pine and palm trees, with direct access to the sea and modern furnishings.

Fanusa’s lovely coastal spot with its crystalline waters and extraordinary rocky sea bed, abounding in a wide variety of marine life, is right on your door step, and the main attractions of Southern Sicily are within driving distance: just a few kilometres away from Syracuse’s historic centre, Noto and the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Modica and Ragusa Ibla. You can easily reach Fontane Bianche’s sandy beach in a short driving distance.

The house develops over two levels (90 sq.m) with both internal and external stairs between the floors.

On the ground floor, we have the modern kitchen, accessed directly via the terrace. From here, we enter the living room with sofa and TV area. There is one air conditioned double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, we have one air conditioned double bedroom, one air conditioned bedroom with French bed (more suitable for 2 children or one adult) and one separate bathroom with shower.

Outside, in the 3000 square metres garden, we have a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco meals, as well as a corner sofa. There are sun lounges, chair and a barbecue in the garden. The sea can be accessed directly from the garden.
