The cosy and well-divided interiors are spread over two levels. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, connected by a convenient internal staircase, is the sleeping area containing a double bedroom and en-suite with shower, a second double bedroom, another bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom. Fully air-conditioned, the Villa has air-conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso and American coffee machines, ice machine, wood-burning stove, barbecue and private parking. Located in a quiet residential setting, Villa Diletta is just 600 metres from the cliff and the sea, whilst the sandy beach is only 1,200 metres away. Villa Diletta is the ideal choice for families or small groups of friends seeking a comfortable and well-positioned residence within a few minutes’ drive of Syracuse and the enchanting baroque towns of Val di Noto, the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the characteristic seaside villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero.
