Recently renovated villa surrounded by a garden of about 2000 square meters. Its most interesting and unique feature is the panoramic position on the "Latomia del Casale". The "latomie" are typical structures of Siracusa s topography dating back to the 5th century b.c. used as stone quarries originally and later as prisons during slavery and war period.
The house consists of a living area open to a kitchen with all amenities, a large double bed room with a spectacular view of the "latomia" and a bathroom with a confortable shower. A double sofa bed is available in the living room. On the outside the house has an open veranda set up with an outdoor sitting area.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Catacombs of St. John. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the villa.
