Located close to Fontane Bianche, a well-known beach resort, Villa Iolande is a lovely seafront villa with a private swimming pool and direct access to the sea. The villa is 10 minute's walk from shops and restaurants and and 1 km from the nearest beach. It is also conveniently located for exploring south-east Sicily including the baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto, Modica, and Ragusa-Ibla and Catania, Portopalo, Marzamemi and more.

Villa Iolande (300 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a sitting/dining area (with sofas and a table for 8) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, on this level, you will find the first suite (40 sqm) which overlooks the garden and swimming pool. It consists of a double bedroom (with two sommiers pushed together to form a king-size bed, these can be separated if required) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower). The room is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The room has also been designed with people with reduced mobility in mind.

On the first floor, you will find 3 suites.

Suite 2 (39 sqm) overlooks a terrace with sea views. It consists of a double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). The room is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), Wi-Fi and satellite TV and has access to a balcony (with sun loungers).

Suite 3 (35 sqm) has a sea view. It consists of one double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). The room is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Suite 4 (45 sqm) has a sea view on two sides and overlooks a terrace with views towards the south of Sicily. It consists of one quadruple bedroom (with king size bed and double sofa bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower and double sink). The room is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), Wi-Fi, satellite TV and has access to a balcony (with sun loungers).

Outside, the villa has a veranda with a comfortable sitting area, a shady dining area (with table seating 10 and barbecue) and a heated (between 15 of October until 15 of April) swimming pool (12m x 4m; depth 1.15m), as well as direct access to the sea via a private walkway (suitable for swimming) and covered private parking.
