Beautiful Mountain Lodge-Ski,Hike,Bike,Relax-We Are Close to it All!

Beautiful large custom home nestled on 2.5 acres. Built in 2000 and is in like new condition. This home can easily accommodate up to 3 families with 3 levels, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

This home has 3 living levels, each having a separate sleeping and bathroom area. In addition to the kitchen on the main floor there is a large wetbar/kitchenette on the lower walkout level. The walk-out lower level has large recreation and theater room.

The upper level has a oversized King master bedroom suite with full bath and also has an attached loft area. The loft can be used for sleeping as well.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a locally craftman made cherry King size bed and the other with bunk beds that sleeps 4 (double over double), this floor also has a full bath.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other bedroom is very large with two bunk beds which sleeps 6 (double over double & single over single ), this floor also has a full bath. The lower level now has a queen size sleeper sofa as well.

The multiple levels of this home make it the perfect setup for larger groups, either extended family or family friends each having their own sleeping areas.

Home is furnished and guest may use our high speed internet service.

Enjoy the views off the large front deck sitting around a gas fire pit, that has connecting stairs to the lower level deck/patio. The deck also has a large gas grill that you may enjoy the use of. Guests may also enjoy the use of a new larger 8 person Hot Tub!

We are just 15-20 minutes from winter park ski area, and 10 minutes from Sol Vista Ski area. During summer, the 3 lakes of Granby, Grand, and Shadow Mountain are about 20 minutes away. Rocky Mountain National Park is within 30 minutes.

House is only minutes from Devils Thumb Ranch, which is a desirable place to check out with their pools, sauna, spa, zip lines, 2 restaurants, bar, horseback riding, sleigh rides, wine cellar.

We rented this house for a little family reunion and it was the perfect place in every way. Our favorite!

This was our 3rd time staying at this property! It is our favorite place to stay near Winter Park. We intend to return in the future! It’s far enough out that you have privacy and quietness, but close enough to have fun with all the activities and run to the store if needed. Great house, unbelievably stocked with everything you could need

We enjoyed our stay in the mountains. This home had it all. We went to spend the Thanksgiving holiday and we have never been to a property this well stocked with every cooking dish or utensil you would ever need. The views were beautiful! Our group loved sledding down the hills around the property (many sleds/saucers provided) and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. Thank you for making this a holiday to remember. Wonderful memories made!

Mountain Cabin

This cabin comfortably accommodated two families. Has all the kitchen necessities needed to prepare meals. Ski slopes are close by which was nice. Hot tub and ping pong table were fun in the evenings. Nice cabin with lots of room.

Rang in the New Year in this incredible cabin!

We had a wonderful week staying in Tabernash at this lovely cabin! The kitchen is very well appointed as we cook a lot and it had everything we needed. The induction stove does require some getting used to if you have never cooked on one before but we figured it out! The owner is a very good communicator and also surprised us with a special request that made our stay even more special! Reminder in the winter this property does require a 4 wheel drive in snowy conditions. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and the hot tub! Lots of nice touches to welcome your stay! Breathtaking views!!!

Great Cabin with Beautiful Views!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The sunrise is beautiful through the living room windows. The house is stocked with everything we needed. We were able to cook all our meals. Everything was nice and clean. Hot Tub was a great addition!

Needed a place large enough, and comfortable enough, for 9 adults and a dog. This house was great – clean, room for everyone, well-equipped kitchen, firepit on nice deck, beautiful mountain views. Internet was good for those who had work to do. Would definitely rent again if we are back in the area. Owner was available and responsive before and after our stay.

Vacation getaway!
