Service & staff were good. There were some things that need improvement. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. The bathroom fan in our room did not work. The A/C was not manually adjustable(we tried to turn it off multiple times but were not able to & the room for too cold). There should also be USB charging ports closer to the bed(maybe on the lamps). Our room also reeked of weed when we walked in.

Nice rooms but amenities were lacking

The check in was great, however was disappointed to find out both the pool and the hot tub were closed for renovation. We only ever stay at a hotel with a pool and hot tub so this was a large inconvenience for us. The room itself had a large comfortable bet and a tub with jets, however, the water temperature for the showers was only luke warm and sometimes cold in the morning and not near warm enough to use the tube with the jets (which we were hoping was our compromise to the no hot tub). The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

The room were clean, bed comfortable but the water in the shower was not hot it was more like Luke warm and when it’s cold outside u need a hot shower, so was disappointed with that. Other than that breakfast was decent, room were clean and for a 3 star it was pretty decent.

We are upset that towels were just for 2 people but we ordered for 3 people. And we came to this hotel because there should be hot tub but it was not true. And on site where we ordered it was not written.

I paid a premium price for a below average room that was obviously rundown and needed some "fixing up." The first room they gave us obviously had a VERY worn out mattress that looked like a 500 pound person had been sleeping in it. I insisted on a different room, which I did not realize until around 10 pm, that it was right next to a major sewer pipe and every flushing toilet or water exit made an extreme noise that made it impossible to get any amount of sleep!! A few low carb fresh options at the breakfast would have been nice also. Same breakfast over the days is not appetizing.

Room was pretty small but being dog friendly and ground floor was perfect. It would have been nice to have a second chair at the table, especially since it was a room that could sleep four. USB charging ports on the lamp bases or another open outlet close to the bed would also have been helpful. Staff we interacted with were friendly, professional and helpful. All in all a good experience.
