The staff were wonderful, the property was clean and tastefully decorated, and the bed was one of the comfiest I've enjoyed in a long time! The hotel was a little outdated. The hot water came and went (I had a cold/lukewarm shower 2/3 mornings I was there), the lighting was fairly dim, and the air conditioner only worked intermittently. It was warmer on the upper floors, and as a woman of a certain age, I overheat easily. However, in hindsight, this made the cooler showers very manageable! Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would consider staying there again. The staff (and bed!) made it worth it!

Front desk staff and restaurant staff were very friendly. However I reserved an accessible room and the bathroom was anything but. While it was very spacious, there was absolutely no counter space to put anything on, this made getting ready a much longer process because I kept having to walk out to my bed to get my toiletries. Also, while the restaurant food was excellent it has very limited choices and no substitutions are allowed. For example, I wanted a salad with my burger, but my only option was a Caesar and I don’t eat Caesar salad.
