I had high hopes for this property but it did not deliver. No one was at the desk when I tried to check exhausted in after travel delays, the first room was behind an elevator (many are) and a terrible buzzing sound woke me up at 4am, the second at least did not have a buzzing sound but was an "upgrade" even though it looked exactly the same, the doors to the parking lot were closed every night so I had to walk alone in the dark to the front door. Will not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

I travelled with small children. With intentions to utilize a microwave. I discovered once in the room that there wasnt one in there. Other than that my hotel stay was great! The staff was friendly and personable. The environment was clean and professional. It felt safe and inviting.

Murano is a hit!

Great lobby, excellent service at front desk, snazzy elevator, clean rooms with attention to comforts and interesting art. Food was tasty, even if the choices were very basic. Would love to come back!
