I stayed in this hotel in the last two nights. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. I like the bed as it is very comfortable. The area is very convenient and easy to travel around. Strongly recommended to you if you need to stay in a short trip.

Had a beautiful view of Mount Rainier from my room, easy parking steps from the front door. Walkable and there’s trolley stop 2 minutes from the hotel that will take you right to the Tacoma dome !

Hotel Murano was clean, convenient and kind. The facilities were excellent, the room was a little outdated but tidy and comfortable! Very handy for a night at the Comedy Club nearby, with a safe place to crash.

Our curtains were shredded like a cat climbed up and ripped them apart The bathtub had been painted over and the paint was peeling Someone used the iron on the carpet and melted some of it Atmosphere therefore not pleasant / also had a musty smell - not sure if someone had been smoking in there

The hotel was very pretty aesthetically but arrived into our room to discover the shower did not work as I was getting ready to shower. Informed the front desk and was first told there was anything they could do. Very discouraging. After about 20 minutes received a call to switch rooms. Overall ended well but the stress of it took energy away from the night. Was late for dinner reservations and just made the best of it.

The hotel and staff is great, however if you check in late your choices to grab dinner/food is very limited. A hotel of this caliber should offer a late night room service option instead of recommending Uber Eats or DoorDash

The room was very comfortable and as advertised. We enjoyed the beautiful glass art and themed floors featuring different glass artists. Parking was easy. I wish the rooms had two queens instead of two doubles :)
