I thought I was getting a deal, but in fact, I was getting a dump. The area did not feel safe and had homeless people near the parking. The bed did not have proper linens, there was a twin size blanket for a queen bed, and no top sheet. The sheet on the bed was not fitted, so slid off a mattress with no mattress protector. The pillowcases didn't fit.We ordered food and couldn't finish it despite being hungry because it did not arrive as described. In general the hotel is a dive that doesn't look anything like the photos. Maybe it look like the photos 20 or 30 years ago I don't know. But I would never stay here again. The staff was understanding and great, but it did not compensate.Not recommended.

De 0 a 10 daria uma nota 04 pra estadia. Café da manhã ok mas com poica variedade. Tive que pedir 3x para arrumarem 1 vez o meu quarto. Quarto e hotel em geral com móveis muito antigos. Banheiro muito apertado. Alfuns prédios ocupados por sem teto próximo ao hotel. Não voltaria. O preço bem abaixo da média não vale a pouca qualidade. Não é de todo ruim, recepcionistas bem atenciosos e solícitos. A sensação é de que a administração não se importa muito com o hotel (eles tem uma rede de hoteis). Passei 5 dias, em 1 dele o café da manhã foi muito bom, foi 1 dia que chegaram uns jogadores juvenis de futebol, ficou claro que a gerencia queria impressionar. Muito longe do centro de brasília. Transporte não é tao facil e app de corrida caro. Não voltaria. Nota 4/10

Já sabíamos que o hotel era antigo, contudo, tem itens que precisam ser destacados: não existe elevador. Pessoas com necessidades especiais devem levar isso em conta. Em muitos quartos o ar condicionado é de janela, ligado direto no disjuntor (sem controle) e extremamente barulhentos. Fica ao lado de comércios barulhentos. A cama, mesmo na opção luxo, é casal pequena. Banheiro que não tranca a porta. Muitas muriçocas...

A equipe é super simpática e creio que dá o seu melhor, porém o hotel é realmente MUITO simples. O café da manhã que é servido das 06 às 10h, você precisa comer até as 08 no máximo, após isso os itens acabam, eles não repõem e você tem que ir na base da sorte. No mais o quarto estava super limpo apesar de ser bem antigo.
