Situated in the middle of a conveniently located condominium complex with many amenities, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit features a beautifully updated kitchen and all the conveniences for a fabulous Lake Tahoe experience.

Enter to the cheery living room featuring a gas fireplace and plenty of cozy seating around the TV. Living room flows to the dining area with seating for 6 and a fully-equipped kitchen with island and additional seating. Laundry facilities and a half bathroom are in an alcove next to kitchen. Deck off of the dining area offers a gas grill and outdoor seating in summer.

All 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and split bathroom with vanity area separate from shower and toilet. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two Twin beds and a TV. Guest bathroom in hallway has a tub/shower combo.

Located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, the Lake Forest Glen complex is just 2 miles east of Tahoe City. It's an easy walk to nearby Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach and Lake Forest Beach. There is convenient access to great biking and walking trails, including the paved path into Tahoe City where you'll find varied dining and shopping options. The Lake Forest boat launch is just around the corner for our summer guests. In the winter, a short drive gets you to the Tahoe Nordic Center for cross-country skiing or Alpine Meadows / Palisades, NorthStar and Homewood Mountain Resort for downhill skiing / boarding adventures.

This development features two pools, sauna, all-season hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball and a children's play area.

Parking is limited to 2 spaces. Each unit has two reserved parking spots right in front, plus extra parking available in two overflow parking lots.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
