Tämä 5 makuuhuoneen, 4 täysi kylpy kotiin, jossa on erillinen oleskelutila yläkerrassa ja kotiteatteri / perhehuone ja pelihuone alakerrassa kaupallisen luokan shuffleboard, super chexx jääkiekkoyksikkö, "vanha koulu" sähköinen arcade satoja videopelejä (pac-mies, tetris, mario jne.) ja ilmakiekko pöytä tarjoavat tunteja pysähtyneitä hauskoja pelejä. Jos ruoanlaitto on sinun asia, hyvin varustettu gourmet-keittiössä on 6 polttimen kaasu-uuni, 3 uunia, mikroaaltouuni ja lämmitin uuni, jolla voit tutustua kulinaarisiin taitoihisi. Ruokapöytä sopii jopa 12 henkeä mukavasti ja 4 lisäpaikkaa tiskillä.
Piha on täysin aidattu ja siinä on noin 1100 neliön jalka kuisti / kannen alue nauttia rentouttavasta, seurusteluun ja grillata luonnonkaasua Weber Genisis (saatavilla myöhään keväällä ja kesällä (sää sallii). Tässä kodissa on myös oma varmuuskopiointigeneraattori, joka siirtää automaattisesti sähkökatkon aikana, joten sinulla on keskeytymättömät palvelut! Talossa on myös automaattiset turvalukot, jotka kattavat kaikki ensimmäiset kerrokset ikkunoista ja ovista vieressä tai jos pidätte vain ylimääräistä turvallisuustasoa nukkumisen aikana ja myös auttaa estämään kaikki pörröiset eläimet vierailemasta! Runsaasti off street parking käytettävissä 2 auton autotalli ja suuri ajotieltä mahtuu jopa 4 ylimääräistä autoa. Tahoe Cityssä vain muutaman korttelin päässä Highway 89: stä pääsee helposti talvikuukausina.

Talon säännöt

Game Room: Adult supervision is mandatory at all times for kids 15 and under. No sitting, food or beverages allowed on any of the game tables.
All reservations must respond to Owner's request to confirm all house rules will be followed. Outside gates and garage doors must be closed when used.
Driveway area to be kept clear of all objects during winter months for snow removal (sleds, saucers, shovels etc. ). Park cars to 1 side of driveway.

Our Third Amazing Trip to Bob and Beth's Home

This is our third year returning to Beth and Bob's home. It's a hidden jem, and is the perfect combination of a great home, very nice/quiet neighborhood, beautiful back yard, access to hiking and great part of the lake - there is nothing I could recommend that would make this home any better. We will always choose this rental when returning to Tahoe!

This home was awesome. Very clean, well appointed in every way (including baby gates and a high chair), spacious, fun game room in the basement and a beautiful large wrap around deck and yard. We were there with our three grown children, spouses, and two grandchildren. We never felt cramped as there are multiple hang out areas. We would definitely rent again!

The house was beautiful, inside and out. There was plenty of parking, with room for two cars inside the garage. There were nine of us, six adults and three kids, and it felt roomy and very comfortable. The long table near the kitchen was perfect for breakfast and a couple of dinners. Aside from the actual living room, which had very comfortable furniture and space for all of us, there were a couple of small family rooms that gave folks their own space.The kitchen was well stocked, with lots of very nice plates, bowls, glasses, pans and silverware. Also, there was a good supply of the basic spices, etc. All of us really enjoyed the game room. All the games were arcade quality and fully functional. Fun for everyone, adults and kids. There was even beach equipment that was super helpful.

Overall a wonderful home with elite amenities

This house is top notch. The only knock is the complicated check in process and feeling like you’re walking on eggshells during stay. Staying in an home this nice comes with many rules. After check in, ended up spending 20+ mins on the phone with the owner to review how to open and close the blinds once we arrived on the property. Part of this is that there are necessary precautions to avoid bears on property as it is in a bear zone. The house itself is wonderful and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great home in a great location. It is as advertised.

Amazing stay

The house was even better than imagined and Beth (host) was very helpful and responsive. We made amazing memories with our families and the house provided the perfect venue to do so. Kitchen was exceptionally well outfitted (both equipment and food staples/basics). The game room was so much fun for all ages! And lots of extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys) to enjoy. We hope to come back next year. Thank you, Beth and Bob!

Beautiful home.

The best thing I can say about this house is that we booked it again. It’s that wonderful. The game room is fun and the house is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything one would need. Beth is available by phone or text promptly if you have any questions. The bedding is so comfortable and the steam shower is really a treat. We will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Tahoe retreat!

This property was even better than we expected. There are thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our experience so enjoyable. They really thought of everything with this property! Beth was very kind and gracious and walked me through the process from A-to-Z. We definitely had a memorable stay with our family that we will all remember for a lifetime. 2022 Lake Tahoe Family Gathering

This house was perfect for our family of nine that included three kids 8, 10 and 12 years old. The game room in the basement was a big hit with the whole family. Plenty of room for everyone without over crowding. House was very comfortable to relax and enjoy a great week of fun and relaxation.

Great Property for Family Fun and Cheer

Property was as advertised; lots of great space inside and out. Accommodates big family gatherings well, great kitchen/dining area for cooking and entertaining, comfy rooms and great gaming big TV basement. Communication with Beth was easy and responsive. We could have used more instructions written down as verbal instruction memory is not what it used to be :). But overall a great experience. Recommend highly.

Tahoe Perfection

Every aspect of this trip was perfect down to the friendly neighborhood dog that we hoped to see every time we went outside. The house had everything we needed and more. Gathering around the fire place in the large family room after skiing was our favorite. Could not have asked for a better host in Beth and Bob as well. The process was absolutely seamless, and responded immediately to any questions.

Blissfully Elegance At Its Finest

This elegant mountain home is a dream to visit and stay in. The owners are very easy to communicate with regarding expectations and care of the property and surrounding neighbors. The home is filled with amenities from top to bottom. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef would need. The home is decorated with "mountain charm." The bedrooms and and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The house has a home away from home feel. Our daughter was married near by and the home made for a fabulous backdrop for photos of her, her mom and the bridesmaids. I cannot thank Beth and Bob enough for allowing us to stay in their home for the wedding weekend. It made for the perfect family time leading up to and through the wedding weekend. From, my personal perspective, working with Beth and Bob and their house, I would award them a perfect 10!!! Thank you again Beth and Bob, Neil and Jan
