Room was a little bit smaller than expected, but service was great. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Location is convenient, as it is right next to the metro exit. However, there is no shelter for vehicles to pick up or drop off guests.

Our second time staying here. Hotel is nice and clean, location is convenient, just right by the subway station. Most importantly staff are super friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the excellent service, especially from their front desk team. My uncle didn’t feel well during the day and had to go to hospital to do checkups on Nov 7, front desk staff gave him suggestion for Taipei hospital to avoid long lineups, and called taxi for him and my aunt, he also did a follow up after they came back from the hospital. Love their breakfast and will definitely come back next time !

First of all the staff gave us a warm welcome. The room also very clean and have a good view for upper floor rooms. Since I have visited Taipei for sight seen I always come back to hotel tired and the best thing is public bath in the 17th floor.
