Limited staffing hours. No bath towels provided have to pay 50 NTD to get a bath towel but not possible if you arrive after 7pm- no staff. No water provided, no tea. Have to go get your own hot water kettle if you need one. Only good thing is the location close to Taipei Main Station OK for one night stay if you arent expecting much.

Room was quite okay, but there were nobody on the lobby to help me, took me almost two hours to contact them with the help from a clerk from another hotel who kindly help me. And it was 7pm, a time that I think it is reasonable to have someone on the lobby. No soap, but room was clean, just ultra small, very different from the pictures. Won't recommend it.

Location is the best. Very convenient but the elevator is old and take times to wait... The hotsl is ok. We hot a coner room without window so you can smell the humid in the air. Highly suggest to clean with air machine. Bed was quite nice !
