Clean rooms and unhelpful hotel staff

Overall hotel comfort was great, however on the day of checking out - the hotel staff (receptionists) were very unhelpful in calling a taxi. They speak no English, which was a real challenge in providing the address of the hotel in French to the taxi company. If it wasn't for a couple of tourists who had helped in providing the address, the flight would have been missed. Advice>>>>> Make sure you speak some French, otherwise you may find yourself in trouble.

Overnight in Taissy, Reims

The hotel was basic but very comfortable bed. The room was small. Although it states Restaurant available, we arrived at 1930hrs and it was closed. A little bit disappointed with the stay

Good place to stop overnight for great price.

Positives: great price for good overnight stay, easy car park, easy automated check-in, polite and cheerful staff Negatives: bathroom more like pop up bathroom and door didn't close well, and towels stored on shelf above toilet, so can easily fall into the toilet! Strictly no eating in the rooms. Overall: Great price for a place to rest during a road trip.
