Chambre très propre comme à chacun de mes arrêts dans cet hotel. Personnel adorable, agréable et très sympathique. Une couverture bien épaisse est à disposition dans la chambre en cas de besoin, en plus de la couette. Serviettes de toilettes, shampooing et gel douche sont également prêts dans la salle de bain à chaque fois. Les volets sont des volets roulants manuel extérieur et non des stores en tissu intérieur comme il peut y avoir dans d'autres hôtels. Ils empêchent le froid de passer en hiver et plongent la pièce dans le noir total une fois fermé. Un graaaaand miroir est accroché dans les chambres pour pouvoir si voir de la tête au pied. Je n'ai vraiment rien à reprocher à cet endroit qui se trouve entre 8 à 15 min maximum suivant le trafic, de l'hôpital Américain de Reims. Bien desservi par les commerces de la vie quotidienne (alimentaire, pharmacie, station essence . . . . ) Vous pouvez vous y arrêter sans soucis. Juste parfait !

Arrivée à 19h, porte close, la machine n'est pas facile à utiliser du tout. Elle m'annonce que je dois payer ma chambre et les petits déjeuner déjà réglés en amont. J'ai dû m'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour obtenir ma carte. La personne avant moi a eut les mêmes soucis, ça tourne, ça tourne et on attend. Voisins du dessus bruyants jusqu'à 23h30, peu d'isolation phonique. Petit déjeuner extra !
