The residence is the side unit of a duplex. The dwelling has been adorned and embellished to offer our guests an economical but comfortable stay. There are 5 rooms. One en-suite bathroom and one shared bathroom. 3 of the rooms are furnished with queen-size beds, and 2 are with twin-size beds.

Guest access
Guest(s) accommodation includes the entire side unit. Complimentary parking is provided in the front of the side unit; please ensure the pathway remains clear to prevent any inconvenience. The thermostat is not accessible to the guest and can be adjusted remotely upon request.

For food safety reason, oil, salt and pepper are not included in the cooking basic amenities. Guests can use them if there is any and any other food/seasonings/water there at their own risk.

The place is comfortable for one person in one room. The maximum allowed number is estimated based on the available sleeping space, like sharing a double bed by two people, a sofa. We may not have enough seats ( including dining seats, sofa, etc) for everyone if you have more than 5. Having guests more than 5 (based on the number of rooms) means you understand you must compromise the comfort of your stay. If you have guests more than 9, please talk to the host before booking.

Parking policy:
Recommendation of parking: park in front of the unit 2.

Quiet time policy:
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time.

Event policy
Destructive gathering is not allowed. We do ask for our guests to show full respect during their stay to the guests in the other unit if there is any, and the neighborhood. Obey the Quiet time policy, and again, NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time.

Pet policy:
Max of 2 pets; fee applied. Must be counted when booking, including visitor’s pets. If not disclosed, and pet(s) are present, fine of $500 will apply.

Video surveillance agreement:
A security camera may be installed outside near the front door.

Visitor policy:
Visitors are required to obey the house rules, and can NOT stay overnight without updating your reservation to include them as guests.

Check-out policy:
Check-out time is 10 am. Remove all the trash in the room before you leave.

The front door code will be sent in a separate message on the day of your arrival.

Damage/Missing Policy
Lost keys/lockboxs/TV remotes are $30 each. Other damage is covered by the Damage policy.
