The neighborhood was very quiet with beautiful trees everywhere. There was a fenced in yard for our dog. Everything was as listed, very clean, easy to use door code to enter house. Only suggestion would be to have the coffee maker over by coffee bar and maybe a couple coffee filters. There is a keruig but we brought regular coffee without filters. Also my daughter was a little chilly and we forgot to bring blankets. We wanted a small house for family of four with a dog close to downtown Tallahassee and that is what we got. Also many nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Started off rough with the original property under construction when I arrived. Host did provide another property though it was out further from original plans. Second property was ok though it was a little run down. The sliding door was terrible and there wasn’t a fenced in area for my pups. It wasn’t the end of the world but with a bad back slider getting them out to potty was a bit of a chore.
Back slider door handle. Could barely open or close it so stopped using it and used front door.
When I pulled the sheets off for the host, this bed had a mattress cover that was stained- just need to buy a new one!
