Dirty hotel, broken curtains, nasty carpet in hallway with big stains, broken elevator for luggage cart, poor communication from staff, request extra pillows that never arrived. Non refundable only

The staff in dinning area for breakfast was rude. She kicked off everyone stating the breakfast items were running out. She asked everyone to leave the area even who are in the middle of having their breakfast. Even me and my friends stoped eating and left the area. And also mentioned this to front desk.

Wonderful experience excellent hotel. The problem for me was extremely stressed and angry management. The assistant manager was far more qualified to do the job of the hotel manager. Breakfast is great but the stress is obvious from the behavior of the employees. The manager is short, rude, heartless, and ruthless to her employees and guests. She was on an audit call and fell short of meeting guest experience and priority. I was paying every day and after she got that call she wrote up a great front desk employee, breakfast declined tremendously, and she made me get out of my room during a court zoom hearing for my children. Over a deposit already paid and was happy to pay, she called and said I was rude and had 20 mins to leave. I had to pause my court hearing due to her aggravated mood and pack my entire room up. I had been a clean and easy guest and she lashes out by using her position as a power play.

The shower inside the room was slightly molded and I needed shower shoes. But the room was clean and comfortable. Great customer service.

Our handicapped room was in a very noisy area, inside and out. The bathroom was grungy and needed to be exterminated. There was no coffee in the room and I had to climb stairs to use a microwave. We would never stay at this property again.
