A part quelque personnel genti le reste une catastrophe. Cet endroit doit etre renové urgent. Odeurs de pipi, sale de bains horrible, frigo degutant, 1 Dame qui nettoye ma traité tres tres mal a cause que je reclame des linge de Bain , tous vieux taché, une odeurs desagreable. Moi je ne recommende pas cet endroit avant une reformé, la porte de la salle de bain pourri. Cet endroit devais etre renové avant de mettre les gens . Ou tours de la piscine , les catelles cassé, enfin je suis tres deçue. Je ne recomande pas de tout. J'etais mal traite par cet femme que j pleurer. Avant d'envoye les clients allez sur place pour constaté la catastrophe. Mon sejour a etait un catastrophique. Mes habits pué . Moi j ne retourne pas, e vous devais allez controle.

Café da manhã é péssima, frutas estavam sabor e aspectos de congelados, não tem o mínimo de cuidado com os produtos servidos aos hóspedes, pense em um café para a massa, é o café desse estabelecimento. Esse estabelecimento, é assim em outros Estados. Fui de teimoso!!

A equipe foi muito prestativa, o que deixou a desejar foi a falta de elevador… nosso quarto estava no segundo andar e precisa subir e descer escadas… este foi o único motivo de observação!!!

A hospedagem oferece excelente custo-benefício, com preço justo e localização privilegiada à beira-mar. Os quartos são amplos, bem organizados e contam com cama muito confortável. O wi-fi funciona em todas as áreas, o que é um grande diferencial. Os funcionários foram extremamente educados, atenciosos e sempre solícitos. O café da manhã é variado e de alta qualidade, com comidas de sabor e apresentação sensacionais. Além disso, o bar ao lado da piscina é uma vantagem pra quem não pretende ir a praia. Apesar dos pontos positivos, alguns aspectos podem ser melhorados. No banheiro, sentimos falta de um pano de chão, item simples, mas importante para a limpeza e a segurança dos hóspedes. Outro ponto que achamos merecer atenção é a quantidade de guarda-sóis disponíveis na área externa, que não é suficiente para atender todas as mesas.
