The Space:

Due to the large windows and sliding doors, the house is full of natural light. All the rooms connect with the terrace, pool, and tropical garden. As you stroll along the hallway, you'll discover an open-concept layout that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble stone, the dining features a table for six, and the colorful sofa is the right spot for a chat or a relaxing nap.



The master bedroom, located at the rear of the house, has a king size bed, an ample closet and an on-suite bathroom and Smart TVs, it features two large windows looking out to the back terrace, pool and garden. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom, queen size beds, and closet. Each room is equipped with A/C. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Step outside and discover the expansive covered terrace for outdoor entertainment by the pool, with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor shower and a palapa. It features teak flooring, a caña brava roof, and a large tropical garden. There is a table for 6 where you can enjoy any meal or play a board game while listening to nature, but if you seek for some time alone, look for the hammock outside.



Conveniently, there is also a laundry room, with a brand-new washer and dryer machine, and a sink with extra storage space for bikes, surfboards, and others. Also you can find space to park two cars on the driveway.



The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.

Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.

- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.

*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.
