The beautiful and cozy villa is located about a 10 min walk to the beach and within 2- 5 mins to restaurants, banks, pharmacies and gym.

It was built in the 90`s and has been recently renovated- ensuring that guests have the best experience. This property includes everything you will need to have the best vacation, including;

The villa has a washer and dryer for laundry. The complex also has a beautiful shared pool and lounge area. Parking is available and included for guests and the villa is part of a gated community, ensuring safety and comfort for all guests.

This villa is located in the heart of town and within a short walk to all essentials as well as the beach.This property is remote work friendly and comes equipped with High speed internet

The neighborhood is very quiet. You are close and far enough to enjoy the nightlife of tamarindo.
Langosta is only 5 min drive from the villa or a short taxi ride.

You can get around in golf cars, bike, walking, car atvs.

You will have everything you need within walking distance including the beach. Depending on the time of the day it can be super hot so maybe you can take a taxi. Usually a taxi is only $4.
Everywhere dollars are accepted and credit cards. We don`t recommend bringing lots of cash and always be with just enough.
You can book tour and activities with us as well.
All our linens and towels are white and we try to keep them as clean as possible. It is a dirt road town and beach town. We recommend to use the beach towels for the beach and not using any whites to clean floors or dirt.

If towels or sheets get stain, there is an extra charge. Help us keep other renters happy! :)

Your security is extremely important for us, this is why we are taking all the right measures to make sure all our spaces are sparkling clean and are disinfected and sanitized before every check in.
We are using ozone machines to clean spaces, COVID 19 approved cleaning supplies, all our staff is wearing the right equipment during your stay in case you get cleaning services, steam machines for all spaces and we are not allowing check ins and check outs same day.
For check in please make sure you wear a mask. We will provide a super nice PURAVIDA reusable mask for free.
