This single story bungalow nestled in the Historic Hyde Park features a hot tub, fully-stocked kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for your next Tampa Bay getaway! Sleeping up to 8 guests, this home has a main bedroom that sleeps two, a secondary bedroom that sleeps four with a bed and additional trundle bed, as well as a comfy pull-out sofa in the living room that sleeps two. The updated kitchen features beautiful stainless steel countertops and a full sized-fridge, microwave, oven, stove top and cookware to make staying in a breeze! Utilize the laundry room with your own washer and machines and complimentary laundry detergent, located in the back of the home. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and smart TVs with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Sit back and relax, grill out, play some cornhole or take a dip in the hot tub in your own private outdoor space via the gate next to the back door.

- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $75 per pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Property includes a hot tub for guest use!
- Trash Info: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located by the driveway behind the home.
- We do not allow smoking inside our home. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.
