Escape to the city and enjoy our cozy upper story apartment in the up and coming area of Tampa Heights. Conveniently located uber close to all the trending nightlife and within walking distance of Tampa’s hottest spot, Armature Works and minutes of down town Tampa and SoHo!
The space
Our one bedroom queen suite has a private bedroom, brand new marble tile shower in the bathroom, a full kitchen with an table for gathering, microwave, stove and fridge. There's a comfortable living room space where our vibrant red couch converts to a queen size bed and a sun room with a view; where you can enjoy morning tea. Also there is a desk provided and free . The living room area features a 55" smart TV with hundreds of channels of free movies and shows.

There is a lockbox on the front door. it is apartment 3 upstairs to the left. are 2 keys in the Box the square key that says do not duplicate. It's to the outer door of the building. Please keep that key with you when you leave as the building will lock automatically and if you don't you will be locked out. Parking is fine along the street anywhere in front of the building or on the side
