Welcome to our gorgeous waterfront home on Bal Harbour island in Apollo Beach. A fully updated 1600sf 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch home including a huge lanai overlooking the beautiful Apollo Beach Harbour full of sailboats and sunset views that will make you never want to leave. Cocoa Cabana features a main bedroom suite with a full bathroom and king bed, a guest suite with a queen bed, and a fun kids room with two bunk beds and an Xbox gaming system, guests have plenty of space to relax. The two bathrooms include both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the bay. With an open living area concept Cocoa Cabana offers a comfy sofa bed, ideal for extra guests or cozy movie nights, full amenity kitchen including a cooktop and oven-microwave combo, a dining room table and a bar cart. Whether you’re gathering for meals or enjoying quiet moments, this home provides a welcoming atmosphere, a heated and chilled pool, a hot tub, 2 beach bikes, a paddle board and a kayak. You can also use the dock for fishing or bring your own boat and tie up with its bumper guards and cleats. The home was amazing and the views were incredible!!! Such a lovely spot to enjoy fishing , swimming and dining outside with gorgeous landscape. Mark went out of his way to communicate and make sure everything was running smoothly. We would definitely rent again

Our stay on Cocoa Lane was fantastic! The house was recently remodeled and everything was beautiful. The kitchen space, comfy living room, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking a beautiful swimming pool and the the bay made it VERY hard to leave! The house was very clean and well cared for. It was just as it was described & pictured - no surprises that I can think of… we loved being on the water. One day, we even saw a dolphin swimming right under our dock! (never promised, but timed beautifully!). We would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to the area!

Beautiful home and great location. Relaxing atmosphere along with comfortable beds. Quiet cul-de-sac minutes away from coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Make sure to visit Armetta’s for exceptional gourmet gelato & coffee. Enjoyable stay.
