Alun perin 1920-luvun alussa navettaksi rakennettu Hyde Park -mökki kunnostettiin rakkaudella tyylikkääksi 2-kerroksiseksi vierastaloksi.

Kiinteistö sijaitsee Hyde Parkin hyväpalkkaisessa naapurustossa, jota korostavat puiden reunustamat kadut ja kaikenlaiset muodot ja kokoiset historialliset kodit. Hyde park Mökki sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla SoHon (South Howard Avenue) ja Hyde Park Villagen välillä. Kävele ravintoloihin, kauppoihin, puistoihin ja Bayshore Boulevardiin. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä Tampan keskustasta (museot, teatteri, akvaario, konsertit, urheilu) / 15 minuutin päässä lentokentältä / 30 minuutin päässä rannoista / 1 tunti Orlandoon.

Hyde Park Cottage on itsenäinen yksityinen vierastalo, jolla on oma pääsy. Se tarjoaa 1100sqft asuintilaa. 2 makuuhuonetta / 2 kylpyhuonetta / Wifi / lautasen TV / pesukone ja kuivausrumpu / täysikokoinen, täysin varusteltu keittiö / ulkotila / 1 kadun ulkopuolella oleva pysäköintialue kiinteistön vieressä.

Hyde Park Mökki on puhdas. Puhdas, mukava ja helposti mahtuu 6 vierasta. Makuuhuoneessa on ylellinen king-size-vuode, TV, oma kylpyhuone ja vaatehuone. Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on erilliset vuoteet muistipehmusteilla, TV ja iso vaatekaappi. Parvella on varattu ilmapatja. Ruokapöydässä on kaksi ylimääräistä lehteä, jos isännöidään suurta illallista ja suuri suunnittelijaosasto sekä 60 tuuman televisio ovat täydellisiä elokuvayöhön tai urheilutapahtumien katseluun.

Tämä majatalo sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Tampa. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja pyykinpesutilat.

While this cottage may not be flashy, it has everything necessary and is clean, comfortable, and the perfect location! Centrally located to everything, it was exactly what we needed while in town for my daughter’s graduation from UT.

Visit for U Tampa Graduation

This property was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and safe neighborhood. The SOHO location made it great to walk to Bayshore Drive and Old Hyde Park. Parking is an issue however. We had to change venues last minute for hosting a small graduation party due to the fact that there is no parking, for multiple cars, in the alley that this property is located on. Otherwise, I'd recommend this property for a Tampa stay.

Perfect location and wonderful hosts

The location is perfect! Easy walking to Hyde Park Village shops and restaurants. Buddy Brew and Sorrento Sweets for morning coffee, followed by a stroll along Bayshore Blvd. Caroline was a wonderful host. She answered all questions within minutes and was so helpful when we needed a later check-out. This was our second time and we'll definitely come back.

Hyde Park Cottage - great location.

The location was nice and convenient near Bayshore and Hyde Park and SoHo. The apartment was clean and Carolyn left a sweet gift basket for our arrival. Check-in was easy. TV’s were all “Smart” TVs with lots of streaming options. Closet space is very generous. The alley access was not ideal as it had potholes, palm fronds and trash cans making the pathway difficult to maneuver but there is ample street parking in a well lit safe neighborhood. A starter set of amenities were provided but should your stay be a little longer, be prepared to provide your own coffee, hand soap and toilet paper as we were only left a 1-2 day supply. If you are sensitive to light in the morning, the master bedroom “port” window had no shade (although private) and its bed, described as plush, is extremely firm. Also, plan your showers accordingly as the hot water lasts about one shower. All in all the cottage is very functional and the twin bed configuration worked well for our group.

Such a perfect location! We walked to a couple of the restaurants nearby. The place was a little tricky to find at first but once we did, we had no further issues. Everything about the stay was wonderful.

College Visit

We were on spring vacation and wanted to tour the Tampa campus and area one more time. We don't know the area that well, but did hear that the Hyde Park area is the best! We arrived and did have a little trouble finding the house, but that was more out GPS issues. It is down an Alley like others have said and we had a Nissan Acadia and did have a little trouble parking it, but nothing that was a huge problem. I had emailed Carloyn and ton of questions and she was so helpful and quick to respond. It is definitely a perfect location but definitely in an alley, which we would have preferred on a main street, but that is stated in the description. We were hit with a thunderstorm, so the lights were flickering and she was quick to come and drop off candles and a flash light. There was 5 of us. My daughter and her friend slept in the twin beds downstairs and my husband and other daughter slept upstairs. I slept on the couch as I had to wait up for the kids to come home, but not sure where we would have put the air mattress. It was a lovely home, and they did a great job redoing it.

Adorable Cottage in Great Location

I spent 5 days in Tampa visiting my son at USF and enjoying a girls weekend. Four of us stayed in this home which was cozy and well stocked. We were also thrilled to be within walking distance of lots of stores and restaurants as well as a nice walking path along the water. Caroline was wonderfully responsive to all our questions. All in all, a great stay!
