Ybor City bars, restaurants, clubs and shopping are just a few seconds away and this location is close to Raymond James Stadium, the Hard Rock Casino, Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa, the River Walk, the Beach...and all that Tampa has to offer! This home features tile floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, private fenced yard, 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great location!

• No smoking

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• Ring doorbell camera recording
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Verry HAPPY with our stay

The host was extremely nice, attentive and accommodating. The house is beautiful. My family really enjoyed our stay. We travel a lot, my husband said this was his favorite home so far. The bonus of course was the pool. We plan to be back in Tampa next year around the same time. We'll probably book this house again.

wonderful home, nicely appointed

Home was as advertised. recently updated and very nice. perfect for our group of 7. the location is close to downtown but homes around were in rough shape. we had no issues with neighbors and enjoyed our stay.

New house convenient location

This is a newly built home in a centrally located but transitioning neighborhood. It is conveniently located to Ybor and downtown, but You will need a car. The house is very clean and comfortable.

Neighborhood not great

Having never been to Tampa before we were uncertain about location so we relied on reviews and photos of the condition of the property. Unfortunately, we booked this property before more recent reviews disclosed that the neighborhood is in transition and does not feel safe. The house next door as well as the small market one block away has persistent suspicious traffic. We did not feel safe to walk around or leave our car parked outside. It seems that several homes are being remodeled and the neighborhood is trying to transition but it is not there yet. The property managers need to address this issue asap as I would not recommend this property or this neighborhood at all in the current condition. The house itself was as advertised. Newly remodeled, nicely furnished, comfortable beds. If it was in a different local, we would have been very satisfied with the home itself. A few things still need addressed for future guests inside the home. The kitchen needs more pots, pans, utensils and food storage containers. There were also no dish towels, sponges or basics like salt and pepper that most VRBO homes provide. The bathrooms need toilet paper and towel holders. Overall, I think the property has potential but it is not yet a place I would recommend. If you are unfamiliar with Tampa, look West not East for a short term rental.

Family Getaway in Tampa

The property is nice and as pictured. Lots of space for our family of four. Love the decor! TVs in every room. Convenient to the highway and places we visited: aquarium, dinner cruise and road to Clearwater. Plenty of towels. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2-car garage and washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay! The only negative is the street. The neighborhood is in transition. We would not have felt comfortable walking around - day or night. Big dog at one of the neighbor’s. That said, the neighbors we saw/met were friendly and aside from rare dog barking and music from passing cars, it was quiet. We did not have any issues and therefore did not have much communication with the host. All in all - great first trip to Tampa!

This was a wonderful property for our adult children and grandchildren.

Spotless, beautifully furnished, had everything you could need or want. We would highly recommend, looking forward to our next stay at this home. .close to Columbia restaurant and a short walk to 7th ave .
