Everything was as advertised! Clean, cool and in a perfect location. I LOVED walking around the beautiful surrounding neighborhood each day! Easy check-in and check-out. Great weekend visiting my kids. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, quiet neighborhood

This property was perfect for our trip to Tampa. The neighborhood was quiet, there was plenty of parking, and the accommodations were great.The communication from our host was always timely and very informative. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

I had a great experience staying here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The location was in a safe neighborhood, convenient, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Nice place, could use some updates

Our stay started off rough when we couldn't get the door open. We could hear it unlocking but it took putting all of our weight on the door before it would open. This was extremely frustrating every time we left and arrived. We were happy to see that the place was nice inside and matched the pics well. There isn't a lot of room in the bedroom because the crib is out even if you don't need it. The bed was comfortable. The place was pretty bare bones so don't expect any extras, e.g. coffee, dish soap, iron, blow dryer, hangers, dressers. You have to live out of your suitcase because there wasn't anywhere to put your clothes. There were no hand towels so we had to use our bath towels. The management company was responsive when we had questions or issues.

Excellent stay, best communication I've ever had on VRBO.

Great stay, business traveler looking for an alternative to expensive hotel chains. This was cheaper and still high quality. Comfortable bed, plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. Host did an excellent job communicating. Prompt, thorough, and always responsive.

Great neighborhood, convenient to Tampa restaurants. Apartment living space was uncomfortable. The couch needs replacing, there are 2 bar stools but no kitchen/dining room table.
