Overall, hotel stay was great. The check-in process was not great. My reservation was mixed up with another party and Hilton Sales team deleted my stay and charged me a cancelation fee. So it took an hour for the front desk staff to understand that "they" made the mistake.

Terrible. No room service, have been told the keeper is off duty. I saw a housekeeper lady standing hall way I headed outside. Liar. And the sink is blocked . everything is very old. Whole room smells full of bleach and chemicals.

When I called to ask for an airport shuttle to pick me up, the staff said it would not be possible unless I was a flight attendant or pilot. Then he proceeded to tell me about the many contracts that Doubletree has with the airlines that it was important to have the shuttle available for those customers.
