The location and proximity to Raymond James Stadium is awesome, a short 10 minute walk. It has everything you need. I have no idea what some of the bougie people leaving reviews expect, but this place is exactly what is described. The house was immaculate. Safe neighborhood and a short walk to the stadium. It is close to a busy intersection so the traffic noice is present.
