The staff was super nice… the whole valet thing is really a rip off, I had the valet guy hand me my keys and say “do you know where we park them, they are out back!” As I’m handing him a $50 and they then charge $35 per day for valet..: that really angered me

Palihouse Hyde Park is an amazing place to stay!! The location is perfect next to plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance I’ve stayed at other Palihouses and this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and on top of everything you need. The rooms and space are nice, very clean and well-kept. The bar is great and has an awesome vibe for drinks and food. We will be back!!
