Room was wonderful and area was very walkable. Staff was polite and helpful. It was very busy when we came in so there was no parking close to hotel so I had to check in while my daughter drove in circles until we could get the key for the parking garage. That was extra money for an already expensive room.

The Roost is a fantastic property! We were in Tampa for a conference at the Convention Center and all the host hotels were sold out, so we booked at the Roost. I’m so glad we did! I think it was a much better option than staying at one of the Convention Center hotels. I loved the studio apartment feel and the hip Water Street location. I would definitely recommend the Roost to anyone looking for a hotel in the Downtown Tampa area.

Fantastic stay. Tons of shopping & restaurants within walking distance. All pillows, appliances, and amenities included were great quality. The shared community space was maintained extremely well and a great addition to the room. Pool and hot tub were very nice and not overly crowded.
