Emperor Castle was built for groups. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a dedicated game room give everyone space to spread out and something to do. Whether you're pregaming before a night in Ybor City or staying in for a tournament on the pool table. Private off-street parking, a fully fenced yard, and a corner bakery steps from the front door round out everything a large group needs for a great Tampa trip.

This is the entire downstairs unit with a private entry, private exit, and a private parking lot in the back. The upstairs unit is fully separate and completely independent from your space.

The Home

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The open-concept layout connects the living area, kitchen, and dining space so the whole group stays together. The full kitchen features granite counters, modern appliances, a coffee maker, and complete cookware and utensils! We provide everything you need to cook real meals for the group. The dining table seats 6, with additional breakfast bar seating. For mornings when nobody wants to cook, a neighborhood bakery is right on the corner.

House looked nice, but the area is not good. I was trying to staying there to be close to Moffett hospital after going throughout 14 days of treatment. Did not stay and got charged for the entire amount , asked for as least some sort of refund, refused to give any money back and put it back out for rental during the time I would have been staying there to basically double dip. Mind blowing, given the circumstances.

This apt was perfect for our stay in Tampa. We were celebrating our sons 21st and had some of his friends staying with us so the extra beds in each room was perfect. Emperor Rentals were amazing from check in to check out. They even allowed us to check in early! The pool/ping pong table and dart board were great add ons as was the PlayStation! Kept us all occupied when we were inside. Quick Uber ride to Ybor and Channelside Dr. where there were some great restaurants.

Amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable hosts

I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Tampa! Very centrally located but they also have tons of entertainment options if you’re staying in. Whatever question I had, they enthusiastically responded in a timely manner and with an abundance of explanation. Probably the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of cooperating with. If I could give 6 starts I would!!

Nice Property

Very nice property. Extra towels, toothbrushes, detergent, anything and everything. At first glance the neighborhood looks a bit rough, but it’s actually very quiet and ppl were very polite. It’s just a matter of respecting the fact that this is their HOME and you are VISITING. It was close to the mall about 15mins, had decent food places. I would stay again for sure!

Golf Trip

This was a really nice place. Place was clean and the common area was a nice place to hang out. A lot of golf courses were less than 30 minutes away from the place because the highway was very accessible. The only down side was the area the place was. We felt that we had to take an uber or drive to anywhere we want to go.

Thanksgiving trip

Overall, the property is nice and the management team was easy to work with. They provided a hand mixer, per my request which was very thoughtful. The place was a little smaller than I had hoped for. If you are on the bottom level, be aware that you can hear every footstep and movement from the folks on the top level. That was discouraging and annoying because they were really loud. Lastly, saw a bug in the kitchen and we weren't able to catch it. Overall, it was a nice home. Thank you Mevon for answering all my questions.

Great place for larger gatherings

I was delighted by the high ceilings and open feeling of the first floor rental. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very conscientious and responsive to requests. We were in town for a wedding and the house was a perfect fit for us. We were close to Ybor City amenities and microbreweries, which my son found appealing. It was a strategic location for easy access to freeways and The Florida Aquarium. We walked several mornings to La Segunda bakery. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and had the basics for cooking. The gas grill was a plus as we like to cook and grill. I enjoyed sitting on the porch. My husband loved the big screen TVs in the great room and the bedrooms. I highly recommend this place.

Golfing Group

Had a decent sized group down for golf from MN. We had a lot of fun, stayed up to late and shot terribly during golf. The place was in excellent shape and very close to everything you need. It was perfect for our group of degenerates who like to have a good time.

A great home-base for Tampa events

A great place to get established for activities around the downtown Tampa area (a wedding, in our case). The location is a little...rough (but being improved!), and there was road construction on the weekdays of our stay, but the property is very secure and well-lit. All of the amenities we needed were provided, and even special requests were quickly addressed. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
