Not sure what happened. I cancelled the booking for 7-12 February and only stayed 7-10 February. But TRAVELOCITY or MAINSTAY cancelled the wrong reservation and I had to substantially overpay. And, when I explained what happened, neither MAINSTAY or TRAVELOCITY assisted in any way. The overcharge on my Visa remains.

The room at mainstay suites contained a fully functional kitchen with stove, full-size refrigerator, oven and microwave. The room was clean comfortable and we will be staying there again whenever we visit Tampa.

The room was in good condition. Staff was nice and easy to work with. The refrigerator was not cold enough to store food. We used the freezer to keep our milk and drinks. The room main room and bedrooms were clean. The suite did have a musty smell to it though.
