Vacaciones de terror

Nunca encontraron mi reservación, me ofrecieron una opción que no se ajustaba a mis necesidades y tuve que retirarme a buscar otra estancia, porque de otra manera no hubo (ni querían) forma de resolver. Pregunté por la estadía en el hotel hermano y me dijeron que sólo era una noche ahí, que no podía estar más tiempo en ese lugar. En verdad, terrible lo poco que duré en ese hotel, no volvería jamás.

El unico problema fue que llegue y me dijeron que no tenian habitaciones , yo habia echo la reservacion con 10 dias de anticipacion, lo unico bueno es que tienen 2 sucursales y habia habitaciones en la otra sucursal, pero fue un poco desagradable.

Es muy caro el servicio de reservación en linea

El costo de la habiatación no va acorde al servicio y sobre todo a las instalaciones del Hotel, se eleva casi al 100% el costo de la habitación si se reserva en linea. No vale la pena.

Estancia en Hotel Cañada Rica 1

La estancia en general fue buena. Llegue a tomar posesion de la habitacion a las 4 PM y realmente si me sorprendio un poco el que aun no haya estado. El problema se soluciono rapidamente ya que me ofrecieron otra del mismo tipo en la parte de abajo. Hacia frio una de las noches y el equipo del cuarto no contaba con calefaccion lo cual no me parecio bien, aunque si nos ofrecieron unas cobijas. En general la estancia fue buena ya que ademas el hotel estaba a 5 minutos de la casa donde ibamos a visitar a los familiares.
