The staff were really good. The room has 3 bedrooms. It was very spacious. It's adequately clean. Wish the beddings were better. There were few black ants, but I guess that goes with an older building. My one complaint is that the balconies were not really clean. The table and chairs were really dirty. Maybe housekeeping forgot to clean them but it seems like they were dirty for a while. Otherwise, it's really good and it's great for a group; 3 couples or 6 people.

フロントスタッフの皆様には非常に親切にご対応いただき、説明も分かりやすく助かりました。 ホテルの目の前にビーチがあり、私たちが利用した際は貸切に近い状態で海水浴を楽しむことができ、最高のロケーションでした。（もしビーチサイドでシャワーが利用できれば、より快適に過ごすことができたと感じております。）客室は広く、洗濯機・乾燥機はとても便利で、他にも子供向けの絵本やおもちゃ等も置いてあり、快適に過ごせました。唯一、グアム・レッドシャトルが利用できる最寄りのグアム・プレミア・アウトレットまで徒歩で20分ほどかかる点はレンタカーを借りなかった私たちには少し不便に感じましたが、それ以外は大変満足しております。 またグアムを訪れる際は、ぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。

家族５人で3ベッドルームに宿泊しました。事前にホテルに連絡をしたら、返信があり、予約した部屋のエアコンを修理しているので、同じ間取りの別の部屋になります、とのことでした。その他、エアコンと駐車場の説明もあり、大変助かりました。 11階の部屋に宿泊しましたが、内装も非常におしゃれで、オーナー気配りが行き届いている部屋でした。Wi-Fiは部屋専用のルーターがあり、ベッドには掛け布団もあって、快適でした。 色んなレビューに書いてある通り、ホテルの設備は古いですが、困ることもなく、快適に過ごしました。部屋の広さと窓からの景色は格別です！ 道を挟んで向かいには、数軒のレストランがあり、徒歩5分ほどのカフェも朝食に使いました。移動はレンタカーをしたので便利でしたが、車がない場合は、不便かもしれません。 食材はスーパーに買い出しに行きましたが、ホテル内にも小さなコンビニがあって、色々揃えることが出来ました。(水はここで買っていました)9-21まで開いていて、日本人の店員さんもいらっしゃいました。 また宿泊したいです！

夫婦で3泊しました。 上層階の角部屋で、目の前（真下）がビーチで最高のロケーションで、ゆっくり過ごせました。 施設はとても古いですが、のんびり過ごすには、とても良い環境です。 コンドミニアムタイプなので、タクシーで5分程のコストユーレスか、ペイレス・スーパーマーケットで宿泊分を調達すれば、問題無いかと思われます。 また、外食したりタモン地区に出るには、タクシーを使うのが良いと思います。 徒歩20分程度のGPOまで出て、トローリーバスに乗る手段も考えられますが、コロナの影響からか1時間に1本しか出ていないので、多少、不便さを感じるかもしれません。
