My wife’s coat was left behind at the bar . The bar tender who is was also the highlight of the hotel put it at the front desk for us . When we went to retrieve it . It was gone . We were told a man picked it up . It was a women’s jacket that would not even come close to fitting a man . It just randomly disappeared from behind the check in desk . It was a relatively nice jacket . They also have NO hot tub which is listed and one of the reasons we booked …. The plus : Great location, bar tender & food are great , . They just need some serious upgrades

I saw 4 bed bugs just crawling on top of the comforter 5 minutes I walked in. I can’t even imagine the entire property. The owner has no time to care literally hung up on me. Worst experience of a hotel to date. They don’t even care about their guests. Rude people! Dirty hotel! No thanks.

There was no FREE breakfast provided. There was a breakfast buffet which was $16 with a $2 off coupon provided. Our nightstand light didn't work. Limited outlets in the room. My husband needed one to plug in his CPAP machine.

Nice comfortable stay at the Chateau. Room was clean although a little outdated. Our dog was allowed in the room and that's a big plus! Free Breakfast not included. Front staff very courteous and polite.

excellent property beautiful view but the ambiance at the hotel was little too old as we entered but excellent staff right from the reception to house keeping very helpful & had a smile always on the face while assisting just one draw back is that they shud have a small pantry on each floor because to even make a tea from a (tea bag that i had brought )i had to go to the pantry room near the reception which is on the 1st floor & that was trouble some because by the time i made hot water in the microwave & reached back to the room the water would turn warm

Room was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. We were just looking for a space to get showered and sleep, not spending a lot of time here. We appreciated that the restaurant was open on the days that we stayed.
