The newly built, modern, lovingly furnished apartment NOA 2 suitable for families with children located in Tar a small town just 10 km away from Poreč. The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence. In the residences there are available for shared use the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the playroom for small and large with pool table, flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs. The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence.
In the structure there is a shared space with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the main building. Composed of two bedrooms, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a bedroom with two single beds. The balcony with two garden chairs and table overlooking the pool area. The living area has a sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with four seats, an equipped kitchenette.
The kitchenette has two electric hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment (10 l), a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine with filters, a mocca, a kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, detergent and a sponge.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet.
The grocery store, the church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy within 100 -250 m.
The tourist train station that takes you to the beaches (sandy, gravel and rocky) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is 50 m from the property (the price of a ride per person 10 hrk cca € 1.40 ). Near the aoutodrome, tennis courts and horse riding center.
The port of Santa Marina where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen of the area at only 3.4 km.
The strong point of the village of Tar is the tranquility and 'to be a few kilometers from two renowned tourist centers such as Novigrad and Poreč. The Istralandia water park just 12 km away.
Tar (Tower) is a small village of farmers and fishermen only 5 km from Poreč (Porec). In recent years there has been a lot of development, full of apartments and beautiful villas with rented pools, several excellent restaurants offering typical Istrian and German menus, bars, children's playgrounds, supermarket, tennis courts, a magnificent racetrack, horse riding center and much more.
In the summer months in the country they organize frequent and various events very interesting for tourists. They organize parties, dances, tastings and presentations of wines, olive oil and typical Croatian menus.
In the village you will also find a pharmacy, a dental and medical clinic, a bank, an ATM, a grocery store and some fruit and vegetable stands.
