On the ground floor, there is also a spacious bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) with an en-suite bathroom and shower, and a toilet for your convenience, which serves the entire floor.



On the first floor, it has three bedrooms, two of them double with en-suite bathroom and shower, and a third bedroom with bunk bed and a single bed (90 cm), perfect for the little ones, as well as a shared bathroom.



- The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living-dining room, as well as fans in the living room to maintain a pleasant temperature at all times, TV with Spanish channels and WiFi connection so that you feel at home.



- Outdoor parking for 2/3 vehicles, facilitating access and comfort.



- For reasons of hygiene and tranquillity, pets are not permitted (strict regulation).



- The use of the barbecue is free of charge. However, it is mandatory to leave it clean after use. In the event that it is left dirty, £100 will be withheld from the deposit to cover cleaning costs.
