This Acacia Bay holiday home includes spacious open plan living with ample room to relax and unwind... Stay cosy by the fire and take in the views from indoors, enjoy the conservatory complete with uninterrupted lake vistas, or set yourself up outdoors for ideal summer living!

Bedroom 1 at this Acacia Bay accommodation includes beautiful lake views, a fully renovated ensuite bathroom, and is fitted with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has also has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 is fitted with 2 single beds. The main bathroom has also been recently renovated and is equipped with a bath and shower. A King size single sofa bed is available in the sun room plus a single rollaway bed is on hand in the office.

When you are not enjoying the peaceful grounds, head into town a 5 minute drive away, or set out on adventure and explore everything on offer in the Taupo region.

Good Location

Unfortunately only beds were made up for 6 even though 8 was booked in. Cobwebs everywhere and a lot of spiders. Front door would not lock. Main doors from living to outside locked and although we were told a locksmith would come and fix - never did. Oven broken so very hard to cook for 8. Let manager know but no communication from there. Great location and outside area but inside was a big let down. Last persons items left under beds so concerned about housekeeping. However the bedding sheets were clean. Duvet covers were stained.

Worked well for 3 separate family groups.

Lovely grounds for the children to safely play on. House and decks were a bit tired, however suited our needs very well. Stunning views.

Great views, garden and large interior.

Property had a great garden and views of the lake. House was very big considering it is only 3 bedroom, you could have loud chatter in the dining area and not hear a thing from the far bedrooms. Only negative was that the deck/BBQ was looking a bit tired, needed a bit of TLC.

An R&R weekend with family and friends.

This is about the 5th time we have booked this property and as always very clean and well presented. Property manager Kim is very easy to deal with. We choose this property as it has peace and quiet, not too far from the action of Taupo and we are able to secure motorbikes in the garage. Love the place and hope to return time and again.
