Was overcharged by Expedia for room I booked Then on arrival Had to wait an hour and half to check in room wasn’t ready along with many others Cooked breakfast was $35 horrible eggs like a paste cold bacon cold and rubbery .. been sitting in Buffett for a while Bath plug too smalll and taps made loud banging noise Mangagement didn’t seem very sympathetic told me 2 pm check in just a guide I liked the decor of the hotel though very nice

The access to the third floor room was poor. You had to use a lift from the reception are (which didn't go to the 3rd floor) and get off on the 1st floor and walk down a corridor to the end of the 1st floor and use the lift there which went to the 3rd floor. This was an absolute pain because you had to repeat this every time you left or returned. The water pressure in the shower was vey weak and it took over 5 minutes for the water to heat up to be warm enough to use. The TV only gave you access to a basic SKY package that did not include movies or sport which was poor considering the rate charged for the room. There was a restaurant onsite but it was closed on a Saturday night !!!!! This is just not good enough.

We've stayed here several times now and will happily return. The location is convenient to town, and the property itself is lovely, especially after the recent renovations. However, the check‑in process consistently feels slower than expected. The bar menu is also quite limited. It’s surprising that simple options like a bowl of fries or wedges aren’t available to enjoy with a glass of wine or beer which my husband and I enjoy, as most hotels offer this. Overall, the food choices are minimal. We usually dine at the hotels we stay in, but in our five visits here, we’ve only had breakfast a few times and haven’t chosen to have dinner which is a shame really.

The hotel is in a convenient location with great parking. The staff were welcoming and professional. The staff were also great when they needed to move us to another room in the middle of the night due to a faulty air conditioning unit from the room next to ours that was mounted on the external wall. Also, the room walls do not appear to have any noise reduction because you can hear the movement and conversations of other guests.
