Spectacular Waterfront three Bedroom Home!

Beautiful 3 bedroom newly built waterfront house on Georgian Bay! Located in a quiet area with a beach! In the summer the lake is perfect for swimming! This 3 bedroom waterfront home is the perfect place for a summer or winter getaway!

This space is unique as it has spectacular views of the sunset and is right on the water!

The house is complete with a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. A full deck, equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ. The deck provides spectacular views to watch the sunset. Kitchen is equipped with a full fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other small kitchen appliances. The house also has an EV charger for electric vehicles.

The house is equipped with forced air A/C and heat making it a perfect place to stay in the summer or winter! There is also a gas fireplace to cozy up to in the winter.

We also have 2 kayaks that you are free to use from June until September.

This kit is meant to get you started. Once these items run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, but must be added to your reservation and approved in advance.
Our pet policy is as follows:

Pets are NOT permitted on any beds. Our linens are white, and we work hard to keep them in excellent condition.

If you wish to have your pet on the bed with you, please bring your own bedding.

Pets must never be left unattended, indoors or outdoors.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.

Any damage caused by your pet is the owner’s full responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disturb neighbours.

You must clean up after your pet in the yard.

Georgian Bay is home to the 30,000 islands, and you can take great boat tours from Midland and Penetanguishene. Other area attractions include St Marie Among the Hurons, Martyrs Shine, Wye Marsh Conservation, Georgian Bay National Parks, Discovery Harbour, Awenda Provincial Park, and much more. Close to hundreds of kilometres of wilderness biking or walking trails.

Guests have access to the cottage and the waterfront area. There is a dock on the beach. The dock is brought in for the winter (usually sometime in October) and put back in the water in the spring (around May). Occasionally, the property owners may be on the beach for beach/property maintenance, but apart from that the beach is private. Please note, the garage is not included in the booking. For the security of our guests and the safety
of our home, we have an external Ring doorbell / security camera on the front porch. It is always on and recording. There are no other cameras on the premises.

We are always available by phone, email or text during your stay. The owners of the property live next door as well and are available when needed.

Georgian Bay is a beautiful place to spend a holiday! The water is warm, the beaches are sandy and there is an abundance of things to do! The area has plenty of beautiful trails if you enjoy hiking or biking. In Midland you can catch a ride on the Georgian Spirit boat to see many of the surrounding islands. Keep your eye out for turtles!

Midland has a public transport system. The house is located in Port McNicoll which is a short 10 minute drive from Midland. There are taxi services in the area as well.

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than 6 people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.

Absolutely no parties allowed. Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am daily.

Any watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. It is the user`s responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment. Our dock is not suitable for leaving any watercraft tied to it due to rough water.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.

A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
Up to two pets are permitted during your stay. Please ensure that you have added them to the booking and agree to our pet policy.
