Contemporary, cozy room with old Tiflis details offering easy accessibility to transportation, shopping areas, sightseeing and dining experience located in the center of Tbilisi in the most prestigious district-Vake. Surrounded with Georgian wine shops and bars. Below is the bike rental spot.
5 minutes walk from the biggest park of Tbilisi and 10 minutes walk from the rope way to the beautiful lake on a mountain. Guesthouse is quite near to the Old city- Freedom square is 3.7 mi far from here.
The space

You will find our house cozy and comfortable.
The room's windows facing the yard make your sleeping pleasant and quiet. The room has a nice balcony.
