We took a 2-beds room. Beds were small but the location is perfect. The rooms were clean! It was our second accomation in there. Tamara was friendly. The price is perfect for such a hotel. If we will go in Tbilisi again, we will choose Silver 39 again for sure

Fantastic hotel, in the heart of the city. Very clean facilities and convenient to public transportation. The best part of the stay was the staff, specially Maka and the security night guards. They try everything possible to make the stay memorable, and they accomplish it. I liked it so much that I had to return a week later

The hotel is in reasonable shape, though rooms look better in photos. The location is convenient, but noisy. It is located across a small street from a bar, which plays music 12pm-midnight, so if your room is close to it, you need earplugs. I was unimpressed by the hotel refusing to change my parents’ room to be further away from the bar, despite not appearing to be fully booked. Key cards stopped working every day and needed to be redone. Shouldn’t be a VIP Partner on Expedia.

The venue was clean and well appointed. The staff were keen and helpful. The hotel was quite modern and beds were comfortable & room was spacious. The hotel is advertised in Expedia as “breakfast daily” and “room service”. However, this is not available as there is no kitchen. I found this very inconvenient as anything else nearby offering breakfast didn’t open till 9am. I needed a quick breakfast before I began touring days.

I found the room clean & comfortable. However, it lacked milk for making tea and the TV didn’t work. The air conditioning was not good either. I was annoyed that this property is advertised as having breakfast available. Yet when I asked there was no breakfast. I had to go out in the rain next day hunting for a place open for breakfast. There was no bar or even a vending machine in foyer. The storage facilities they showed me were not a locked place. I was worried about the security of my luggage stored.

Good location but they have falsely advertised breakfast etc. There is NO kitchen on site at all. No food available which was a problem. Also as a vip member i was entitled to 20% off on transfers from airport, which they did not accept.

Had a fantastic stay! The service, comfort, and atmosphere were excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The only small downside was that the roof top trace was unavailable during our visit, but everything else more than made up for it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Silver39 hotel in Tbilisi in June 2025. It’s clean, nicely located, and stuff is super friendly, also the rooftop terrace is quite nice. There are many great sightseeing places you can walk to from there. They make espresso drinks on site, but if you wake up early make sure to get some snacks ahead, as most eateries open after 10am only. I would recommend this hotel for your visit.

Hotel is good enough, amazing terrace and welcoming enough staff. Amazing bodyguards outside, met both of them. Now biggest problem is noice from bar outside, sound goes till 11pm and can be loud because windows are not soundproof. Can be enjoying but depends on your type of trip. Parking can be convenient if you find a good spot around but unfortunately hotel does not have spots.
